In 2002 and 1997, Regina Webster & Associates, as a subconsultant to Knight Infrastructure, provided traffic data collection services to complete an inventory of all Metra Commuter Rail station parking facilities. RWA collected license plate surveys for parking facilities at over 200 Metra Stations. Hand held computers were used to inventory each license plate for vehicles parked in over 60,000 spaces. The project finished ahead of schedule and under budget.
