Wilbur Smith Associates retained Regina Webster & Associates as a subconsultant to provide and distribute surveys at the Chicago Skyway Toll Plaza, as well as input the results for an Origin Destination and Electronic Toll Collection Assessment traffic survey. Over 30,000 surveys were distributed over two twelve-hour days and 10,000 records are currently being entered.
