E-Data Reports

These proprietary data workbooks used exclusively by Regina Webster & Associates, are designed to generate 3-to-6 leg traffic intersection reports in record time. Taking the form of Microsoft Excel workbooks, E-Data Reports provide for seasonal adjustment and expansion factor values, and may be used to create "what if" reports. They can be used in conjunction with JAMAR Technologies' traffic counting and classifying equipment, or as stand-alone tools. Best of all, E-Data Report results can be shared with key personnel within minutes of data entry completion and verification.

Innovative Capabilities With Leading Industry Tools

VISSIM - A microscopic, time step and behavior-based simulation, VISSIM software was developed to model urban traffic and public transit operations. It can analyze traffic and transit operations under constraints such as lane configuration, traffic composition, transit dwell times and transit stops. It is extremely useful in evaluating various transit alternatives, and aids in planning measures of effectiveness. Regina Webster & Associates have utilized their expertise with this tool to simulate transit operations and parking lot access, and analyze and improve various routes with mixed vehicular types, including truck circulation at McCormick Place and Chicago State University's traffic access. Currently, RWA is utilizing this innovative capability to model the terminal traffic at O'Hare Airport in order to improve area rental car shuttle operations.

SYNCHRO - Offered by TrafficWare® software, the SYNCHRO package is a signal timing and analysis program for capacity analysis, modeling, and traffic signal timing optimization. SYNCHRO software implements methods identified in the 2000 Highway Capacity Manual and the 2003 Intersection Capacity Utilization (ICU) guidelines. By utilizing this software to completely analyze traffic conditions, the highly-trained engineers at Regina Webster & Associates provide their clients with the most accurate results possible.

SIMTRAFFIC - A microscopic simulation and animation package by TrafficWare® software, Regina Webster & Associates utilizes this tool to check and fine tune traffic operations possessing a high degree of complexity. It is especially suitable for analyzing situations which are not easily modeled macroscopically, such as closely-spaced intersections with blocking or lane change problems and intersections that operate under heavy congestion.
