Sarah McDougall, P.E., a recent addition to Regina Webster & Associates, currently serves as the Assistant Project Manager-North Airfield for the Program Management Office of the O’Hare Modernization Program. Ms. McDougall comes to RWA with considerable experience in the field of Civil and Transportation Engineering. Most recently, she served in the Engineering Department for the Northeast Illinois Railroad Corporation (Metra), where she assisted in maintaining the bridge and building drawings and capital program project administration. As part of her responsibilities, she reviewed project consultant plans and specifications to assure their adherence to Metra guidelines, and assisted in inspecting railroad bridges as well as new and remodeled buildings.

In the private sector, Ms. McDougall has served as a Project Engineer for the Gilbane Building Company, where she worked on a project for the Elgin Recreation Center, for which she reviewed all project submittals and prepared and administered contracts. She also served as Project Engineer and for SBC Services, where she managed multiple projects, creating bid packages and scopes of work, awarding contracts, and coordinating the work of subcontractors. Ms. McDougall also served as Project Engineer in the Warehouse and Construction Division of Kajima Construction Services, where she performed quantity takeoffs, estimated construction costs, created scopes of work for construction projects, and awarded contracts.

Ms. McDougall received her B.S. in Civil Engineering from Iowa State University.
