Regina Webster & Associates is working with A. Epstein & Sons to provide transportation engineering services for the reconstruction of 76th Street from Pulaski to Kostner. A four-lane roadway, 76th Street provides access between Pulaski Road and the East side of the Ford City Shopping Center. Barrier medians are located sporadically along the roadway. The work includes collection of traffic counts at three intersections, preparation of Traffic Signal Plans for two intersections, analysis of accidents, recommendations for geometry and pavement cross-sections, review of existing median locations and operations, and analysis of impact to additional median installation on business and residential access.
