Smith Group JJR retained Regina Webster & Associates to analyze traffic schemes necessary to improve the streetscape of Chicago Avenue from South Boulevard to Lake Street. RWA evaluated existing geometrics, lane continuity, accident history, and other elements to support the improvement alternates and increase sidewalk width in the corridor. The scope of work included coordination with the City of Evanston, and presentation at two public meetings.
