Regina Webster & Associates, as a subconsultant to EarthTech, performed an arterial analysis of Illinois Route 19 from Rohlwing Road to Addison Street in DuPage County for the Illinois Department of Transportation.

The scope of work included a Synchro and Sim Traffic analysis of eight alternate geometric configurations for the corridor. Project deliverables included a technical design memorandum outlining the analysis, as well as results and simulation files for all alternates.
