Wilbur Smith Associates contracted Regina Webster & Associates to assist in the feasibility of establishing bus signal prioritization on Western Avenue from 87th Street to 59th Street.

The scope of work included traffic data collection services, a review of existing signal priority systems and recommendations for the operational test plan.
